With wabill, you can create a monthly invoice in seconds:

FAQ
How much should I charge for cleaning in South Africa?
Residential deep cleaning: R800–2,500 depending on house size. Regular weekly cleaning: R300–600 per visit. Office cleaning: R15–30 per m². Post-construction cleaning: R25–45 per m². Always factor in transport, materials, and your time.
Should cleaning businesses invoice or quote?
For once-off jobs (deep cleaning, post-construction), send a quote first and invoice after. For regular clients (weekly/monthly), invoice at the end of each month for all visits. wabill can handle both quotes and invoices.
Do I need to register my cleaning business?
You don't need a licence to clean, but you should: register as a sole proprietor or company (CIPC), register for income tax (SARS), and register for VAT if your turnover exceeds R1 million/year. Having a registered business name on your invoices builds trust.
