Is a WhatsApp invoice professional enough for my clients?
Your clients do not receive a WhatsApp message. They receive a professional PDF with your logo, business name, a breakdown of the work, VAT calculations, banking details, and a unique invoice number (INV-202603-0001). The delivery is via WhatsApp. The document is the same quality as anything from Xero or Sage.
What if my client does not have WhatsApp?
You can resend the invoice PDF to yourself and forward it however you like. But in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and most of Africa, WhatsApp is already on your client's phone.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a JPG or PNG in settings. It appears on every invoice, quote, and payslip you create. Set it once, forget about it.
Does wabill do accounting?
No. wabill is not an accounting tool. It creates invoices, tracks payments, and sends documents. If you need full accounting (bank reconciliation, balance sheets, journal entries), use an accounting tool and use wabill for the invoicing part.
