What payroll systems does this work with?
Any system that exports to CSV or Excel. Sage Payroll, Sage 300, SimplePay, PaySpace, VIP Payroll, and anything else. wabill reads whatever columns your system exports. No template setup needed.
How are payslips protected?
Every PDF is AES-256 encrypted. The password is the last 4 digits of the employee's ID number (or last 4 of their phone number if no ID is available). The WhatsApp message includes a hint telling them what the password is.
How do I know if an employee received their payslip?
Your dashboard shows real-time status for every payslip: Sent, Delivered, and Read. Delivered and Read come from actual WhatsApp receipts, not estimates. You also see delivery rate, read rate, and failure rate as percentages.
What if a delivery fails?
Failed deliveries are flagged immediately. Retry all failures in a batch with one click (automatic throttling), or update the phone number for a specific employee and resend just that one.
